PagerDuty Toolkit
The PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty via Arcade, enabling incident management, on-call lookups, and service operations through natural language.
Capabilities
- Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign to specific users without status changes.
- On-call & scheduling: List current on-call entries, browse schedules, and inspect escalation policies individually or as a list.
- Services & teams: Look up services by ID or search by name; retrieve team details including members and linked resources; list all teams.
- User operations: List or fuzzy-search users by name/email; retrieve the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification summaries.
- Activity feed: Fetch log entries showing recent incident events (triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, resolutions) across the account.
OAuth
This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using PagerDuty as the provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for configuration details.
